Refund policy
At Asubazaar, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or tampered at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
Please note that returns may not be accepted for certain items due to their nature (such as perishable or food products), unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or refund request for damaged or missing items, it is mandatory to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened
- It should be continuous without cuts or edits
Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery
- Share your order details, photos, and unboxing video
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility
- Once approved, further instructions will be provided
4. Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10–30 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed methods, including the ₹50 advance payment if applicable
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Advance Payment
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹50 advance payment is required to confirm the order.
The ₹50 advance amount is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery.
If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, the advance amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
If the customer is eligible for a refund due to valid reasons such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the advance amount will also be refunded.
6. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (unless damaged or defective)
- Items that have been used or opened
- Products without original packaging
- Items reported after the return window
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
