3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned. Payments must be completed through our available payment methods. We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Advance Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. To confirm COD orders, customers are required to pay a ₹50 advance amount at the time of placing the order. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

The ₹50 advance amount is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery.

If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, the advance amount will be refunded.

If the customer is eligible for a refund due to valid reasons such as damaged, defective, or incorrect products, the advance amount will also be refunded.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled due to reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers may cancel orders only before they are shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated time; however, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Customers must follow the guidelines, including providing valid proof such as an unboxing video for damaged or defective items.

You agree not to misuse the website or engage in any unlawful activities, including:
